Depending on the services you activate, BrainvoraOS may process account identifiers, authentication information, membership information, selected platform configuration, content you provide, service telemetry, support communications and payment-related metadata.
Why information is processed
Information is used to provide requested services, authenticate accounts, maintain security, process memberships, deliver support, prevent abuse, maintain system reliability and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data sales
BrainvoraOS is not designed around selling member personal information. Any legal statement concerning sale, sharing or targeted advertising must remain consistent with the actual production data flows and applicable privacy law.
Service providers
Infrastructure, payment, communications, security and AI providers may process limited information where required to provide their contracted services. Provider access should remain contractually restricted and proportionate to its operational purpose.
Retention and deletion
Information should be retained only for legitimate operational, security, contractual and legal purposes and deleted or anonymized when those purposes expire, subject to legal preservation requirements.
