1. Agreement
By creating an account, purchasing a membership or using BrainvoraOS, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. Business users represent that they have authority to bind the organization they represent.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
3. Permitted use
BrainvoraOS may not be used to violate law, infringe intellectual property, compromise another system, distribute malicious material, evade security controls or interfere with service availability.
4. Brainvora intellectual property
BrainvoraOS, its software, interfaces, documentation, brands, designs and underlying technology remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of Brainvora intellectual property.
5. Your content
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You authorize the service to process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain and provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy.
6. AI features
AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed when material decisions depend on them. BrainvoraOS should not be treated as a substitute for licensed professional advice where professional judgment is legally required.
7. Service changes
Features may evolve as the ecosystem develops. Material contractual commitments, paid entitlements and applicable statutory rights remain subject to the controlling membership or enterprise agreement.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security incidents, nonpayment or material violations of these Terms. Applicable data export and deletion rights remain governed by the Privacy Policy and membership terms.
9. Applicable law
Governing-law, dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions will be interpreted subject to mandatory consumer protections and other laws that cannot lawfully be waived.
